Martin has over 25 years’ experience of interactive software development and marketing across a range of sectors including healthcare, computer and video games, agriculture and internet dating.

Back in the early 90’s, Martin was implementing good UX in some of the most successful grand prix and flight simulation computer games of that era before the term UX was even coined.

Moving from private to public sector, Martin ran the NHS Direct website and award winning suite of symptom checkers.

Now at NHS Choices, he manages a portfolio of highly successful interactive tools that help users engage with health and address personal health management. Currently, the tools have 12 million completed uses per year.
